Welcome Home
Awana in 2020 is going to look very different. Due to COVID precautions, we are currently planning to conduct Awana outside on Sunday evenings from 5:00p to 6:00p. On this page you will find details about how we will be starting Awana off this year.

There are three things we need you to do from this page:
  1. Read through the information and look over the campus map.
  2. Fill out the Awana Registration Form for each of your clubbers before your first visit.
  3. Fill out the Weekly Check-in Form for each of your clubbers each Sunday afternoon before you come onto campus.

General Information

Please note the following changes to this year:
  • Drop-off and Pick-up
    • Please use the Hodge Street entrance only. (Ridgeview Drive entrance will be blocked.
    • Please stay in your vehicle during drop-off and pick-up unless you have a Cubby (see club-specific information below)
  • Inclement Weather
    • If there is inclement weather, we will have to cancel clubs for that night. A decision will be made and posted on this page by 3:00p. 
  • Club Dues
    • All clubs will follow a standard payment:
      • $30 for first child
      • $25 for second child
      • $20 for third child
      • $15 for fourth child
    • Payments will take place at the checkout area of the car loop designated by the red box.   
  • COVID Precautions
    • Clubbers will be spaced out in their designated areas
    • Since we are outside, clubbers and adults will not be required to wear a mask unless the adult must get closer than 6 feet. 
    • Clubbers may wear a mask if they prefer. 
    • games are being rethought so that shared items are only used when the item can be safely disinfected between each use. 
  • Looking Ahead
    • As the weather gets colder and the sun sets earlier, we are working through contingency plans. 

Club Specific Information

Cubbies (Ages 3 - 5)
Cubbies is the only club that will be taking place inside. Parents, please plan to drive along the car loop shown on the map. You will need to park along the building as designated by the blue boxes. Drop-off and Pick-up will take place at the front of the church designated by the blue star.

Sparks (Kindergarten - 2nd Grade)
Sparks will be meeting in the field across the parking lot from the main building. Parents, please stay in your car for both drop-off and pick-up which will happen in the area designated by the GOLD box on the map.

T&T (3rd - 6th Grade)
T&T will be meeting in the main front lawn of the church. Parents, please stay in your car for both drop-off and pick-up which will happen in the area designated by the PURPLE box on the map.  

Trek (7th - 8th Grades)
Trek will be meeting in the side lawn of the front of the church. Parents, please stay in your car for both drop-off and pick-up which will happen in the area designated by the TEAL box on the map.  

Journey (9th - 12th Grades)
Journey will be meeting in the Student Center starting at 6:15p. Most of our Journey students will be volunteering in the other clubs during the 5:00 - 6:00 time slot.

Puggles (Ages 1 - 2)
Puggles will not be meeting at this time.
